Park Hospitality Finance — Privacy Policy

What we access. With the account owner's authorization, the App accesses the Park companies' QuickBooks Online data (chart of accounts, classes, vendors, transactions and financial reports) and the Park companies' own bank and card transaction records. It does not access any other business's or any individual consumer's data.

Why. To prepare the Park companies' bookkeeping, reconciliations and financial statements. Data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with third parties other than the service providers that host the App.

Where it is stored. In a private database (Supabase, hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States). QuickBooks and bank access tokens are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) before they are stored; account numbers are never stored beyond their last four digits; access is limited to Park's finance staff and accountant, and every change is logged.

Retention and deletion. Data is kept as long as the Park companies need it for their accounting and tax records. Disconnecting the App in QuickBooks stops all access immediately and its stored token is deleted; records derived from that company are kept only as long as accounting and tax record-keeping rules require.
