Park Hospitality Finance — End-User License Agreement

Park Hospitality Finance ("the App") is an internal accounting tool operated by Park Hospitality Management LLC ("Park") for Park Hospitality LLC, Alan Dean LLC, Hillhurst Bar LLC, Sunset Laguna LLC and Park Hospitality Management LLC (together, "the Park companies").

1. Who may use it. The App is used only by the Park companies and the people they authorize (their owners, finance staff and accountant). It is not offered to the public or to other businesses.

2. What it does. When an authorized person connects a QuickBooks Online company, the App reads that company's accounting data and, for companies designated for it, records accounting transactions (journal entries, bills, deposits, payments and transfers) prepared from the Park companies' own sales, payroll and bank records.

3. Authorization. Only a person with authority over the QuickBooks company may connect it. Connections can be removed at any time from QuickBooks (Settings → Apps) or by contacting Park.

4. No warranty. The App is provided as is, for the Park companies' internal use. Park's finance staff and accountant review its output before it is relied on.
